Automotive Industry

Automotive CNC Machining & Precision Auto Parts Manufacturer

The automotive industry demands zero-defect precision, short lead times and the flexibility to move from prototype to mass production without retooling. SCreate has supplied CNC machined automotive components to Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers for over a decade. We machine engine brackets, motor housings, transmission flanges, brake discs, splined hubs, intake/exhaust valves and chassis structural parts in aluminum, steel and stainless steel — all with 100% dimensional inspection and full material traceability.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What automotive certifications does SCreate hold?

We hold ISO 9001:2015 and operate quality systems aligned with IATF 16949 requirements including APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC and FMEA.

Can you machine aluminum and steel automotive parts to tight tolerances?

Yes. For aluminum structural parts we routinely hold ±0.02mm on critical dimensions. For steel transmission components we achieve spline accuracy to ISO class 6 and shaft runout ≤0.005mm.

Do you support small-batch prototype automotive parts?

Yes. We support 1–50 piece prototype runs with the same tooling and processes used for production, making DV/PV results directly applicable to production quality.
