What CNC machining tolerances can SCreate achieve?
Our standard tolerance is ±0.01mm. For precision-critical features we routinely achieve ±0.005mm, and selected dimensions can be held to ±0.002mm with additional grinding and inspection.
Do you support small-batch and prototype CNC machining?
Yes. We accept orders from 1-piece prototypes through to high-volume production. Our priority channel delivers prototypes within 7 business days.
What file formats do you accept for quotation?
We accept STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, PDF drawings and SolidWorks / CATIA native files. Send your files to info@screatequip.com for a fast DFM review and quote.
Can you provide material certificates and inspection reports?
Yes. Material test certificates (MTC), dimensional inspection reports and first-article inspection (FAI) reports are available for all orders.
