Consumer Electronics CNC Machined Parts for Smartphones, Laptops and Cameras
Consumer electronics demand extreme precision, flawless cosmetic finish and tight production tolerances — all at competitive costs. SCreate machines aluminum and stainless steel structural components for smartphones, tablets, laptops, cameras and smart home devices. Thin-wall frames, precision-bored lens seats, complex internal structures and mirror-finish cosmetic surfaces are within our capabilities.
Capabilities
What We Deliver
Smartphone & Tablet Frames
6061-T6 and 7075 aluminum CNC milled frames with anodized or PVD-coated cosmetic surfaces. Tight dimensional control for display, camera and connector openings.
Laptop & Notebook Housings
Large-format thin-wall aluminum housings machined flat to ±0.05mm with heat-dissipation features and cosmetic sand-blasted anodized finish.
Camera Lens Module Seats
Precision-bored lens module housings with positional tolerances of ±0.01mm.
Heat Sinks & Thermal Parts
CNC-milled aluminum heat sinks and thermal interface components — fin thickness down to 0.5mm and complex flow channel geometries.
Structural & Internal Components
Internal chassis components, hinge mechanisms, speaker grilles and button actuators machined to fine tolerances.
High-Volume Consistency
SPC monitoring and automated inspection ensure dimensional consistency across high-volume production batches typical of consumer electronics supply.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Can SCreate achieve the cosmetic surface quality required for consumer electronics?
Yes. We machine to Ra 0.4–0.8 as standard, with finer finishes available. Anodized, bead-blasted, brushed and PVD-coated surfaces can be provided.
What tolerances are achievable for thin-wall consumer electronics housings?
Wall thickness can be held to ±0.1mm on thin-wall features down to 0.8mm. Flatness of large panel surfaces is controlled to ±0.05mm.
