Medical Device CNC Machining for Precision Implant and Instrument Components

Medical device components require absolute precision, validated biocompatible materials and traceable quality records. SCreate machines titanium Ti-6Al-4V, 316L stainless steel, PEEK and medical-grade aluminum for structural implant components, surgical instrument parts and diagnostic equipment housings. Our ISO 9001 quality system provides the dimensional inspection documentation, material traceability and process validation records that medical device manufacturers need.

Capabilities

What We Deliver

Titanium Ti-6Al-4V Machining

Medical-grade titanium is highly biocompatible but difficult to machine. We use dedicated tooling and post-machining cleaning to maintain surface integrity.

316L Stainless Steel Medical Parts

Surgical instruments and implantable hardware in 316L SS with electropolished surfaces to Ra ≤0.4 for bacterial resistance and sterilisation compatibility.

PEEK Medical Components

PEEK spinal implant components, dental components and instrument handles machined to tight tolerances.

Micro & Fine-Feature Machining

Complex fine features for diagnostic instruments requiring tolerances of ±0.005mm and surface finishes to Ra 0.2.

Full Dimensional Documentation

FAI reports, material test certificates, surface finish measurements and complete dimensional reports.

Cleanroom-Compatible Packaging

Medical components cleaned, measured and packaged individually in sealed bags with part number, material and batch number.

Industries Served
