The sheet metal workshop is equipped with a 12kW laser cutter, 3kW laser tube cutter, 160t × 4m CNC press brake, shear, punch press, robotic welding workstations, semi-automatic welders, shot blasters, and painting lines — enabling integrated manufacturing from blanking, forming, welding, machining, surface treatment, to final assembly.
Robotic welding workstations combined with positioners enable multi-angle welding of complex structures with consistent quality, ideal for medium-to-large batch production.
